Let me be clear that I am from Pakistan and I couldn’t find my country in the drop down list.I have bought Nokia E72 and there are some weird things going on.1. When somebody calls me most of the times the phone screen gets stuck on ABC Calling. Although by pressing the GREEN button I can talk, but when I drop the call the screen keeps on displaying “calling” status.2. When I press the Silent shortcut key it gets to the silent mode but quickly toggles back to general profile.Now I know how these things work as I am a computer systems engineer.I have done all the basic troubleshooting like updating the firmware, hard resetting the phone, changing the operator.3. I tried to configure IMAP email on Nokia Messaging but even after selecting the options ALL in “number of email messages from inbox” I hardly get emails of 2 to 3 days which are not more than 300 to 400. So sad that I couldn’t find any responsible person to answer my queries and rectify them. I used to be a die hard fan of Nokia always. I made quite haste in buying this product (Nokia E72) but it has disappointed me a lot since there is no light and there are no updates how and when all these issues will get resolved.Waiting for a decent and certain answer/response from Nokia Care Team.Many Thanks,Danish MustafaSenior Engineer – IP Core & Infrastructure @ Augere Pakistan
